N-ACETYL SEMAX (9mg) / N-ACETYL SELANK (6mg) Blend

This research blend combines two synthetic, terminally modified heptapeptides in one lyophilized vial: N-Acetyl Semax Amidate (9 mg) and N-Acetyl Selank Amidate (6 mg), a 1.5:1 ratio by mass.

N-Acetyl Semax Amidate is an analog of Semax (Met-Glu-His-Phe-Pro-Gly-Pro), a peptide derived from the ACTH(4-10) fragment with a C-terminal Pro-Gly-Pro extension. N-Acetyl Selank Amidate is an analog of Selank (Thr-Lys-Pro-Arg-Pro-Gly-Pro), a synthetic derivative of the endogenous tetrapeptide tuftsin that carries the same Pro-Gly-Pro extension. In both analogs, the N-terminus is acetylated and the C-terminus is amidated. These are standard peptide chemistry modifications used to reduce exopeptidase degradation in experimental systems.
