CJC-1295 no DAC (5mg)

CJC-1295 without DAC, also designated Modified GRF (1-29), is a synthetic 29-residue analogue of the N-terminal fragment of growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH 1-29). It carries four substitutions relative to the native fragment, D-alanine at position 2, glutamine at position 8, alanine at position 15, and leucine at position 27, together with a C-terminal amide. These substitutions reduce susceptibility to enzymatic cleavage relative to the native sequence.

It does not carry the Drug Affinity Complex (DAC) linker present in the DAC version, which is a chemically distinct product with a different molecular weight.

This material is supplied as a characterized reference compound for non-clinical laboratory work, such as analytical method development for long peptides, GHRH receptor binding and cAMP signaling assays, comparative proteolytic stability studies against native GHRH(1-29), and comparative profiling against the DAC-conjugated analogue.
